No paid placement. Paying for the Partner marketplace never changes where a vendor ranks. Credit unions pay nothing.

Your data
- What we keep
- The thread, its attachments and the requirements we wrote from it, for as long as your organization has an active account.
- Who sees it
- You, the people you copy and the Dilly Labs team running your evaluation. No vendor, unless you ask.
- Technology
- Evaluations run on Google Gemini and OpenAI models through Vercel's AI Gateway, with zero data retention: the model providers keep nothing and train on nothing you send.
- Deleting it
- Write to privacy@dillylabs.com and we delete it. Security and data in full
Where people come in
Expert-in-the-loop. A procurement expert at Dilly Labs reads and approves every shortlist before it is sent, so your first one arrives within 1 to 2 business days of your answers. Ask for a person at any point in the thread and someone from the team replies.
Limits
We can be wrong. We rank vendors in our directory, and facts age. Every claim shows its source and date so you can check it. Tell us in the thread and we correct the brief.
Questions
Do we need to sign anything before we start?
No. The evaluation runs by email from a work address.
What if the right vendor is not in your directory?
Name it and we research it before we rank it.
