How it works

Two models. One evaluation engine.

Dilly Labs operates an open vendor marketplace for direct discovery — and powers embedded, curated marketplaces inside membership organizations. The AI-guided evaluation tooling is the same. The distribution is what changes.

The open marketplace

Any financial institution can use Dilly Labs to discover, evaluate, and select vendors directly. The open marketplace is free for institutions and serves as the discovery layer for the broader ecosystem.

1

Institution signs up

Free access, no commitment. Create an account and describe what you're looking for — the AI agent takes it from there.

2

AI agent guides the evaluation

The agent walks stakeholders through requirements gathering, weights priorities across business, compliance, and technical dimensions, and matches against the 500+ vendor catalog.

3

Vendors are surfaced and evaluated

Matched vendors are presented with structured profiles. The institution runs a full evaluation using scoring frameworks, comparison tools, and RFP templates.

4

Decision is documented

The final selection produces audit-ready documentation — what was required, who was considered, how they were scored, and why the decision was made.

Vendors in the open marketplace are listed for free and receive invitations when institutions evaluate in their category.

The embedded network

Membership organizations partner with Dilly Labs to deploy a curated, white-labeled vendor marketplace for their members. The evaluation experience is the same. The distribution, trust layer, and economics are different.

1

Membership organization partners with Dilly

The organization defines vendor categories, member needs, and marketplace scope. Dilly handles deployment, white-label branding, and vendor curation.

2

Vendors subscribe for curated placement

Vendors pay an annual subscription to be included across all partner-branded marketplaces. One fee covers all current and future network deployments. Curated vendors are built into active evaluation workflows — not waiting to be discovered.

3

Members evaluate through the branded marketplace

When a member institution needs to evaluate vendors, they use their organization's branded marketplace — with the same AI agent, scoring frameworks, and documentation tools. The experience is trusted because the organization is trusted.

4

Deals close, revenue flows

When a member selects a vendor through the marketplace, Dilly earns a referral fee. The membership organization receives a revenue share — a scalable income stream tied directly to member activity.
